• This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter.
• The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, whether before or after its expiry.
• Holders of a child ticket (ages 3 to under 12 years) are required to present a valid identity document as proof of age at the entrance gate; otherwise, no entry will be allowed, and the ticket will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
• Kids below the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age or older) during their visit to Ain Dubai. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of the minor.
• Rates are subject to change and will be updated from time to time by email.

How to Reach the Ferris Wheel?

By Metro- Hop on the Redline metro and get off at the DMCC Metro Station. After that, take a tram and get down at the JBR 2 tram station to reach Bluewaters Island.

By Private Transfers- We also provide optional private transfers for hassle-free pickup and drop-off to the location.
