• From Deira and Bur Dubai- between 2.15 pm and 2.45 pm
• Other locations- between 2.45 pm and 3.15 pm.

Essential Information

• The shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels or residences in Dubai. However, we don’t provide airport pickups.
• All guest must bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity. It is necessary for identification.
• The delicious dinner menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies for the guests to have a culinary delight.
• Guests are free to wear any outfit of their choice but comfortable attires are the best bet. Therefore, go for joggers with t-shirts with open-toe shoes.
• In addition, bring a light jacket, especially during winter to stay warm and cozy.
• Kids can join the activity with their respective guardians.
• Our private pickup facility is optional. Hence, you can book it with separate charges.

Tips for the visitors

• Kids below 16 years old can participate in the activity. However, they can only try the dune bashing and not quad biking rides or Shisha smoking.
• Toddlers are not eligible to participate in dune bashing. However, they must arrive with their respective guardians.
• In case your pickup location is away from the SIC pickup point, our team will contact you for any nearby location (for a standard meeting point).
• Expectant women, someone suffering from severe back pain, or whoever went through a recent surgery must avoid participating.
• We don’t issue refunds for partly or unused services, so kindly don’t request it.
• Please don’t bring large bags or heavy luggage to the activity.
• Kindly note- alcohol or belly dance won’t be available during the holy months of Ramadan.

Terms and Conditions

• Book Tours in Dubai holds the right to change any route, itinerary, or pricing of any tour or ticket. Moreover, in some cases, we can cancel any tour, especially if it feels necessary for guests’ safety.
• Kindly take note that any unused inclusion of a package will be non-refundable.
• Furthermore, if you fail to arrive at the mentioned pickup point on time, we will take it as a no-show. Therefore, in such a situation, we won’t be arranging any alternative transfers.
• In case, the activity gets canceled due to bad weather, vehicle, or traffic problems, then we will provide an alternative service (as per availability).
• The transfer timings mentioned on the website are estimated. Therefore, it can change depending on your location and traffic situation.
• All guests have to pay a 100% no-show charge upon failing to arrive on time for pickup.

Booking Policy

• No charges for canceling the tour before 24 hours of the departure time.
• In case the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the tour departure then 100% cancellation fees will be applicable.
• If your payment qualifies for a refund, we will issue it within 7 – 14 working days.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets to participate.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
