- There is a full refund if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- There is a 50% refund if you cancel the booking 12 to 24 hours in advance.

Do these packages include a kids’ menu?
The children have full access to the international gourmet buffet with a range of dishes. However, there is no special menu for kids. So, if you have any special requirements, please contact and notify us in advance.
Can we receive a full refund if we cancel twelve hours before the activity time?
No, the cancellations twelve hours before the activity time will only make you eligible for a 50% refund and no more. For a full refund, cancellations need to be made twenty-four hours before the activity time.
Can we get a private transfer with the package?
Yes, you can get a private transfer, but at an additional cost. Please note that the package only includes transfers on a sharing basis. You can select the private transfer while booking the package. If you face any issues, you can call us directly.
