Essential Information

• All guests must carry a valid Emirates ID or passport for verification.
• Please maintain a modest and smart dress code — casual wear such as shirts or T-shirts with jeans/trousers for men and decent party dresses for women.
• Guests are allowed to stay only on the deck they have reserved for the entire tour.
• The exact location details will be shared 1–2 days before the cruise.
• This experience is available only on 31st December 2025.
• We recommend bringing a light jacket to stay warm during the night.
• Children can participate when accompanied by their guardians.
• The cruise departs exactly on time and does not wait for guests.
• Guests who arrive late or miss the tour will be marked as no-shows and won’t get a refund.
• During rough sea conditions, the coast guard may limit open waters, and the cruise route could change.
• Guests are requested not to bring strollers on the cruise party.

Timing & Location Details

• Pickup Time: Between 7:45 PM – 8:15 PM
• The boarding time is from 09:00pm to 09:45pm.
• The cruising time is from 10:00pm to 01:00am (1st January 2026).
• The drop-off time is between 2:00am to 3:00am, depending on the location.
• Al Jaddaf Waterfront is the boarding point.

Transfer Details

• Only private transfer options are available during the New Year period.
• Private transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (no airport transfers).
• Pickup may not be available in locations affected by road closures after 4 PM.
• Due to heavy New Year’s Eve traffic, pickup and drop-off timings may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on your area.

Cancellation Policy

• Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If the service becomes unavailable after payment, we reserve the right to cancel your tour and process a full refund.
• Should we have to cancel your booking for any reason, the refund will take between 7 and 14 days to reflect in your bank account.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old are free to join the tour.
• Children aged 3–10 years must book child tickets.
• Guests aged 11 years and above are required to purchase standard tickets.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Organizer May Cancel the Event If:

• The weather and sea conditions are not safe for guests to sail. The decision lies in the hands of the organizer/captain, whether to cancel/delay/reschedule.
• The yacht has any mechanical or technical troubles.
• Force Majeure events that are not in the organizer’s control (natural disaster, government restriction, pandemics, etc). They lead to cancellations without any liability.

Refunds and Extra Costs

• Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.
• No additional compensation will be offered.
• Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

How Guests Will Be Informed

If there is any change or cancellation, the Organizer will update guests through:

a) SMS or phone call
b) The booking platform used at the time of reservation
c) Email

Liability Policy-

• The organizer is responsible only for returning the charter fee.
• They are not accountable for weather conditions or missed moments, including fireworks, because such issues are beyond their control.
