Important Information

• The activity of breakfast in the sky is meant for only 4 persons at a time
• You’ll need to fill up the waiver form online at least 24 hours prior to the flight
• Please bring along your Emirates ID or passport for identity verification without which going for the adventure won’t be allowed
• The transfers are arranged only from Deira City Centre, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Outlet Mall, and the Burjuman Mall
• The weight of each guest shouldn’t exceed 120 kilos and the guests should be reasonably fit to embark on the adventure
• Pregnant women and those less than 5 years old and above 85 shall not be allowed to fly
• Those with vertigo, heart ailments, and those having suffered any injury in the last 6 months are barred from flying
• Additional charges shall have to be paid for transfers from remote areas which shall be informed in advance
• Tour slots for Breakfast in the Sky with Balloon Flights can be booked subject to availability

The Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip
• There shall be a 100% charge if the cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip
• If you’re found eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
