• Every participant must bring their valid Emirates ID or passport to the location.
• The Dubai heli tour can be canceled or altered if there is any bad weather or conditions.
• You cannot carry any food, smoking equipment, or beverage on the ride.
• This activity is not for children 2 years and below.
• The routes or landmarks viewing order can change as per safety and traffic regulations.
• This flight is safe for everyone but pregnant ladies can fly only in the first 32 weeks of pregnancy.
• Late arrivals either for pickup (if chosen) or at the departing location are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• You cannot arrange a pickup from the airport for this tour.
• The heli tour can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
• To keep everyone comfortable and avoid the language barrier, the tour language is English.
