• Guests must bring their original ID proof (passport or Emirates ID) when coming for the activity.
• The minimum age requirement to try the Jebel Jais Sledder is three years. Moreover, the minimum height required is 105 cm.
• The participant, who will sit in the driver’s seat should have a minimum height of 150 centimeters. Besides, the minimum age requirement is 12 years.
• Kids who are 10 years old with a minimum height of 138 centimeters can definitely join the sled ride. They can either go solo or try the activity with their guardian. Kindly note- everyone must have separate tickets.
• The maximum weight capacity of each sled is 150 kg. Make sure that your and your partner’s weight does not go beyond the capacity of the sled.
• Kindly wear the seatbelts throughout the ride.
• Anyone under the alcohol or drug influence must avoid participating in the activity.
• Please don’t touch the track at any cost.
• Drivers cannot stop the ride unless it is a serious emergency.
• A distance of 25 meters should be maintained between the sled and the driver.
• Refrain from eating food or chewing gum when going on the ride.
• Kindly note- this ride is not pet-friendly.
• Do not carry umbrellas, backpacks, or any other object during the activity.
• Avoid opening the seatbelts during the ride. Do not put your arms or legs outside the ride.
