• We offer pickups from and drops from the tourists’ Hotels or residences in Abu Dhabi. We don’t entertain pick-up from the airport. Those who want a pick up from any other place must pay extra
• The timings for pickups and drop-offs for sharing transfers are changeable. The change is between 30 minutes and an hour. The change in timings is based on the traffic conditions
• A great many bookings are made daily. Thus, there is a possibility that people won’t get a booking on a day they want to
• Alcohol is not served throughout the month of Ramadan. There will be no live entertainment onboard during the month of Ramadan
