Important Information about Sonara Camp
- Pregnant women, those with chronic aches or pains, those with nausea and those recovering from surgeries or broken bones are to skip dune bashing
- If the program is cancelled owing to bad weather, rescheduling shall be offered on another day convenient for the guests or a full refund shall be made
- It’s an excursion meant exclusively for you and your group
- The arrivals at the desert are arranged between 3:30 and 7:00 PM from October to April and between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM from May to September
- Only two riders are allowed on each camel and the rides are from the entrance gate to the camp only between 3:30 and 4:30 PM
- The curtains fall on the camp at 10:30 PM
Cancellation Policy
- There shall be no charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip
- There shall be a 100% charge if the cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip
- If you’re found eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
