Important Information

• All are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the yacht is scheduled to leave on the Xclusive Superyacht cruise.
• The voucher is valid only for the date and time they are bought for. No extensions or rescheduling is permitted.
• All children should all along be accompanied by an adult.
• If any guest fails to reach on time, it’ll be treated as a ‘no show’ and no refund requests shall be entertained.
• No food or beverage from outside is allowed on the yacht.
• Please bring your Emirates ID or passport for verification at the reporting place. PAN cards aren’t accepted as valid proofs of identity.

Cancellation Policy
