• If a tour is cancelled before 48 hours then the amount will be refundable
• If a tour is cancelled within 48 hours of the departure then there will be a 100% cancellation fee and no refund.
• For an eligible refund, payment will be refunded within 7 – 14 working days
• Kids under 3 years won’t have to buy a ticket.
• Children between 3-10 years will have to buy a Child ticket.
• Children over 10 years will have to buy an adult ticket.
