• The captain will not wait for latecomers; refunds or rescheduling will not be possible.
• In case of rough seas or bad weather, the Coast Guard may modify the sailing route for safety.
• The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, children below 3 years, or individuals with back or neck issues.
• Ticket prices typically rise significantly closer to New Year’s Eve, sometimes exceeding 100% as the date nears.
• Strollers are not permitted on the cruise party.
• Guests are welcome to dress in casual or modest party attire. Please avoid swimwear or overly revealing outfits.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-rescheduleable.
• BookToursInDubai reserves the right to cancel bookings after the payment in case of unavailability & provide a full refund.
• Should we have to cancel your booking for any reason, the refund will take between 7 and 14 days to reflect in your bank account.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Organizer May Cancel the Event If:

• The weather and sea conditions are not safe for guests to sail. The decision lies in the hands of the organizer/captain, whether to cancel/delay/reschedule.
• The yacht has any mechanical or technical troubles.
• Force Majeure events that are not in the organizer’s control (natural disaster, government restriction, pandemics, etc). They lead to cancellations without any liability.

Refunds and Extra Costs

• Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.
• No additional compensation will be offered.
• Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

How Guests Will Be Informed

If there is any change or cancellation, the Organizer will update guests through:

a) SMS or phone call
b) The booking platform used at the time of reservation
c) Email

Liability Policy-

• The organizer is responsible only for returning the charter fee.
• They are not accountable for weather conditions or missed moments, including fireworks, because such issues are beyond their control.

Transfers & Timings

• The celebration runs from 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM on 31st December 2025.
• Guests are requested to report by 9:30 PM for boarding.
• Boarding: Starts at 10:00 PM
• Fireworks Show: Begins at midnight (12:00 AM)
• Return: Around 1:00 AM

Location

• The departure point is at Marina Walk, near Spinneys Supermarket.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Details

While transfers are not included in the standard package, optional private transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.

• Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (no airport pickups).
• Delays or cancellations may occur if your area faces road closures after 4 PM.
• On New Year’s Eve, pickup and drop-off times may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
• Pickup: Between 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM on 31st December.
• Drop-off: Between 2:30 AM to 3:00 AM on 1st January 2026.
