• The cruise departs from the Dubai Creek which is in old Dubai.
• Details of the departure shall be shared with the guests a day prior to the cruise, i.e. on the 30^th of December.
• The cruise starts on time, so please arrive early.
• Arriving after the scheduled time means you missed the cruise & no refund will be issued.
• All guests receive a confirmation after the New Year Party at Dubai Creek booking.
• Children shall have to be accompanied by their guardians all along the cruise.
• It’s recommended that you turn up in party wear. There’s no dress code in place.
• Your transfer schedule could change because of traffic or area accessibility.
• On rare occasions, road closures after 4 PM may prevent pickup or drop-off arrangements.
• In the event of rough seas, the coast guard may limit routes over open waters.
• Strollers are not accepted on the cruise party.
• Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are served.
• Guests can enjoy the tour from their assigned deck only.
• A maximum of 150 people can be accommodated on the cruise.

• The party continues for three hours.
• Pickup timing – 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm (if availed)
• Boarding time – 09:00pm to 09:45pm
• Cruising time – 10:00pm to 01:00am
• Return drop – 02:00am to 03:00am (location & traffic dependent)
• Our boarding process commences at 9 pm. The boarding point is located at Al Seef, Bur Dubai (next to Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E).

• Kids between 3 to 10 years of age must book child tickets.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Organizer May Cancel the Event If:

• The weather and sea conditions are not safe for guests to sail. The decision lies in the hands of the organizer/captain, whether to cancel/delay/reschedule.
• The yacht has any mechanical or technical troubles.
• Force Majeure events that are not in the organizer’s control (natural disaster, government restriction, pandemics, etc). They lead to cancellations without any liability.

Refunds and Extra Costs

• Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.
• No additional compensation will be offered.
• Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

How Guests Will Be Informed

If there is any change or cancellation, the Organizer will update guests through:

a) SMS or phone call
b) The booking platform used at the time of reservation
c) Email

Liability Policy-

• The organizer is responsible only for returning the charter fee.
• They are not accountable for weather conditions or missed moments, including fireworks, because such issues are beyond their control.
