If you’re looking for a more memorable experience than a traditional party – this yacht experience is perfect to celebrate the start of the New Year from the water.

The experience is held around the Dubai Creek area – which gives an interesting blend of festive entertainment and views of the city. On board guests can enjoy – refreshments, music and the exciting party atmosphere as they view Dubai’s renowned landmarks.

Near midnight, the yacht becomes a great hotspot to enjoy the fireworks show over the Burj Al Arab. Cruising, eating, entertainment, and New Year’s Celebration all fit into this one package – making it an awesome option for those looking to get a head start on the year.

Essential Information

•  Valid identification for verification (Emirates ID or passport).
• Due to a number of roads and routes being closed – there will be no shared transfers on New Year’s Eve.
• Private transportation can be arranged as an option – for an extra fee.
• The actual meeting place and other information about the activity will be provided to guests – about one or two days beforehand.
• Onboard there are separate clean washroom facilities for males and females.
• Water, soft drinks, ice and glasses are available for FREE.
• It is a special New Year’s Eve activity – and only available on New Year’s Eve (31st December).

• By Metro:

Get on the Dubai Metro and go to Baniyas Square Metro Station 2. Then proceed along to the designated boarding point.

• By Private Transfer:

There is also the option of a private transfer service – (for an extra charge).

Must Know

• Guests can dress up for the New Year celebration – though this should be in line with the regulations and not too revealing. No swimwear, bikinis, etc. are allowed on the deck.
• Private transfers are available for a fee – on an additional basis.
• There is no airport pick-up service.
• Children are allowed to join – if accompanied and supervised by their guardians.

Timing and Location Details

• Boarding Location: Across Dubai Municipality Office, Baniyas Road, Al Rigga, Deira.
• Optional Pickup: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
• Boarding: Around 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM.
• Direct Reporting: Guests need to report between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
• Departure: 10:30 PM sharp.
• Return to Dock: Around 1:30 AM – 2:00 AM – 1st January 2027.
• Drop-off: Around 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM (depends on traffic and destination).
• Time of experience: About 3 hours.

Cancellation Policy

• After booking is made – the booking terms of cancellation will be in effect based on the selected booking condition.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation provisions applicable.
• In case of non-availability of the service after the payment – the organiser shall have the right to cancel the booking and refund accordingly.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the reason for the cancellation is a health-related issue – medical documentation may be required. After receipt and verification of the supporting documents – any such request will be considered.
• Eligibility for refunds will be determined by the terms of the booking – and the organizers’ evaluation of the documentation that is submitted.

Child Policy

• Kids can join in the yacht party with their parents.
• Parents/Guardians have the responsibility – to supervise children during the activity.
• Child/Adult ticket requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

The organizer may cancel, postpone, modify, or discontinue the yacht event when circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the safe or practical operation of the experience.

1. Weather or Sea Conditions

During adverse weather, rough seas, or other marine conditions creating a safety concern – the captain or organizer may alter the sailing arrangements, postpone the activity, or cancel the cruise.

2. Technical or Operational Problems

Mechanical faults, safety concerns, equipment failures, or other operational difficulties – may result in cancellation or changes to the scheduled experience – when necessary for passenger safety.

3. Minimum Operational Requirements

If applicable – the organizer may cancel the event if the required operational or participation conditions are not achieved within the specified timeframe.

4. Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control – may lead to cancellation or changes to the activity.

5. No Additional Compensation

Where cancellation occurs because of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control – the organizer’s responsibility is limited to the applicable refund of the amount paid for the affected booking. Expenses independently incurred by guests – including accommodation, transportation, or third-party reservations – are not covered.

Guests will be informed about significant changes or cancellations through the available booking communication channels – as soon as possible.

6. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s liability is restricted to the applicable amount paid for the charter or booking. The organizer will not be responsible for weather-related disruptions or experiences that cannot take place – because of circumstances outside its control, including the inability to view scheduled fireworks.
