• Of course, pick-up from any other place other than Sharjah city center hotels will require some additional charges.
• You have to confirm your ticket and booking with the customer service team if you book the trip without mentioning  Transfers.
• For online booking, you get coupon codes.
• The tour starts from hotel lobbies.
• The language used during the tour is English.
• A minimum of two adults per family should take the tour.
• The time for tour pick-up is between 9 AM and 9.30 AM.
• There will be no cancellation after the cancellation deadline.
• The drop-off or pick-up time can be changed from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the conditions of the traffic, if one has applied for a Transfer option.

• You cannot cancel orders if the ticket has already been issued.

Child Policy

• A child above the age of 10 will be considered an adult and he will be charged for an adult ticket.
• Children under 3 years are an infant and they will not need a paid ticket.
• Children in the age group of 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.

Policy of Cancellation

• There will be no charges for cancellations 12 hours before the time of tour departure.
• If in any case the cancellation is made 12 hours before the departure time of the tour, full 100% charges will have to be paid.
• If you have to be refunded, the amount would be returned to you within 7 working days.
