- All are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the yacht is scheduled to leave on the Xclusive Superyacht cruise.
- The voucher is valid only for the date and time they are bought for. No extensions or rescheduling is permitted.

- If any guest fails to reach on time, it’ll be treated as a ‘no show’ and no refund requests shall be entertained.
