The Dubai Water Canal is 3.2 kilometres long. It starts at Dubai’s Old Creek and after meandering its way through the Business Bay area, it falls into the Arabian Sea.
While the Dubai Water Canal was unveiled to the public in the year 2013 itself, it was inaugurated formally by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Emirates’ Vice President and Prime Minister only on 9th November 2016.
