• Our representative cum driver will come to pick you up from your hotel or residence between 3 pm to 3.30 pm (Deira and Bur Dubai Hotels).
• The pickup timings for hotels in Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, and SZR hotels are between 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm.
• Drop-off facilities are available.
• Guests with severe heart conditions or serious medical conditions must stay away from this activity.
• Kids below three can join the activity for free if they don’t occupy seats in the car.
• Guests with neck or back pain must avoid the activity.
• Once your ticket is booked, you will receive a confirmation.
• E-tickets and printed tickets are accepted at the activity site.
• Any cancelations made before 96 hours of the activity will be free of cost.

• Canceling the tickets before 48 hours won’t cost you anything.
• Any cancelations made within 48 hours will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within seven days if you are eligible.

• Live activities like belly dancing and alcohol won’t be available during Ramadan or other Islamic holidays.
• However, the Tanoura Show will be available for entertainment for the guests.
• The ticket prices might increase during the New Year.
